We are alway looking for AMAZING stallholders to be apart of our massive market space at The Goods Shed in Toowoomba. If you are a local maker or doer of wonderful products, then we want you! Food, fruit and veg, handmade crafts, home wares, jewellery, outdoor product and more. We are creating a fantastic family market that will be held on the second and fourth Sunday of each month (with exceptions).

If you are successful, you will receive an email confirming your site and an invoice will be attached. Please note that we will be limiting the amount of 'like' vendors as much as possible.

All vendors must have their own public liability insurance. Bump in and out details will be provided the Friday before the event. Please be aware we have very limited space inside so please if you are willing to go outside make sure you check yes otherwise we will move on to the next person in the list. Unfortunately due to the high volume of applications I cannot sift through and email everyone that is unsuccessful.

Everyone who has previously attended is required to send through new copies of their Public liability and Food License.

  • Vendor FAQ's

    • How do I apply?

      You will find the application forms in the vendors tab. 

    • Will other vendors be selling the same thing?

      We do our best to limit the number of stalls with the same types of products.

    • Do I need my own insurance?

      Yes. You are required to have public libability insurance to a minimu $10 million.

    • When do I know if i have been approved?

      Approval invoices go out 3-4 weeks before the event. 

    • How do I pay for my site?

      Bank transfer details will be on the approval invoice.

    • Will I be told where my site is prior to the market?

      An appropriate space will be allocated to you by our Market Manager. Bump in emails are send one to two days before the event.


      Upon arrival, please give your business name to the team member at the entry and you will be directed to your site.

    • What is your cancellation policy?

      Please provide written notice of your cancellation seven (7) days prior to your booking date in order to secure a credit of your site fees. Cancellations received after this will result in the site fees being non refundable.

    • What is your wet weather policy?

      We are an all-weather event. We operate rain, hail or shine.
